Hunter Aerial Photography Services conducts regular photographic missions in and around Newcastle. Since 2016 we have completed 4 separate vertical surveys of the central business district area and have included the Newcastle Light Rail Project. Our latest operation was in March 2019 where the extensive development in the West end and recently completed light rail project were captured. Our innovative portable camera pod is mounted to a piloted aircraft and was developed and certified in 2015. The system provides a platform to deliver cost effective and quality aerial imagery using photogrammetry techniques and benchmark processing software. Key details for the operation were:
